Yesterday, my mom got sick with a high fever and to calm it down she took a paracetamol tablet, eventually the fever went away but today her stomach is not well. She is now having pain in the stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea on regular intervals. What medicine can I give to her to ease her stomach?

I have IBS since Childhood.Now facing weight loss with vitamin b12 deficiency -174 and vitamin D-5.43...Can only digest vegetables, Rice and Puffed rice....Can you suggest natural remedy for increasing vitamins level.

I have been suffering from flatulence issue. Doctor prescribed simethicone 140 mg but didn't mention when . Is it before or after food. I have been prescribed levothyroxine 50 mg fir past 1 year. Can I take both medicines together or how much time gap to be given. I am not able to contact my doctor for clarification. Can somebody please help Thanking you

Male 61, retired Bp now - 151/ some 80s or 90s and pulse 138 Bp tablet daily - Telma 20 Thyronorm daily - 75mcg Sugar in control - 6.4 last checked few months ago. FEVER INTERNAL- He said he had fever at night, when I touched him seems no fever outside. should be internal. Foods ate - cheese onion flavoured popcorn, a mango piece, garelu, ground nuts. COMPLAIN - When he complained of stomach indigestion gave him pancharista evening. Whole night he vomited big but once only  and he went to motions small amounts have come he says. I am facing a bloating and gas issues. Previously, I was not working out and it was a deskjob. So most of the time was in sitting.
