Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having pain and probably a wound in anus opening. After passing motion, it pains and having itching. Whenever I am constipated, few days even blood comes through motion. I have been facing this issue after my c- section on and off (almost a year). If it touch I can feel a small wound at the edge of my anus. What could it be? Any serious issue?

I feel pulsing or heart beat feeling through out my whole body I can't understand why it is happening also feeling dizzyness and heart rate fast sometimes while working or activity but in the bed time during sleep sometimes pulsing feeling worse like body vibrating, also I have gas problems. Kindly guide me what to do ?

Since few days, I feel nausea and get vomiting feeling after eating a meal. I also feel quite acidic after eating something. I took zofer MD and pantodac dsr for 2 days but it provided me temporary relief. After finishing dose, I feel the same. My stomach feels like bloated and I'm not feeling any hunger. Looking for doctor opinion on what is the issues I am having. My mouth keeps making saliva even few hours after eating or drinking. I am eating no spice but problem is still there. There is also vomit feeling all the time with some nausea. My doctor has tried pantaprazole for a month and now osemaprazole but no relief. I am not drinking any tea or coffee either. Sometime there is a feeling of lump in throat. Food goes down easily though.
