Hello doctor, Earlier I was experiencing symptoms like: Heaviness in the stomach after meals Occasional nausea and vomiting sensation Mild acidity and chest discomfort Bitter taste in the mouth (especially in the morning) Restlessness at night and disturbed sleep Mild breathlessness and fatigue Frequent urination at night (4–5 times in short intervals) Based on the doctor's prescription, I’ve been taking Rabeprazole + Domperidone for the last 7 days — first 5 days morning and evening, and now only in the morning for 2 days. ✅ I have not felt nausea, vomiting, restlessness, or sleep issues during these 7 days. I’ve been eating light, non-spicy home-cooked food. ⚠️ However, I still feel slight fatigue and bitterness in the mouth occasionally. Kindly suggest for how many more days I should continue this medicine, and in what dosage or schedule now?

I’ve been having nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss (~4 kg in a week), needle-like abdominal pain (mainly upper and right side), loose stools, occasional burping, and constant uneasiness in the stomach. I also feel dizzy and weak, and now have a cough with some breathlessness. My ultrasound showed a partially distended gallbladder, and my SGOT was slightly elevated.

Hi doctor, I was having persistent loose stools only in morning only for 3 weeks. My doctor prescribed be meds like Rifagut and symbulardi for 15 days and bland diet along with avoiding milk, dairy, wheat. I was only on idli and khichdi and buttermilk. On day 10 my stools were normal and I skipped lunch and instead had a some baked ragi chips, khakara and a glass of lassi. Next morning my stools were again loose. I am not able to understand how much time it will take to get better. My first set of blood test included CRP, CBC, electrolytes which were all normal expect ESR which was slightly raised at 30. What should I do ? I am getting frustrated.

I had miscarriage in April 23,2025.Post miscarriage i had scan yesterday where it shows Gallbladder stones of 6.7mm and there are multiple small stones. Do surgery needed to remove gall bladder or stones can be removed with medication or lifestyle changes?

My kid has continuous stomach reflexes without any pain, From last 2 days. There are no other symptoms, only stomach muscles are showing continuous movement /reflexes. It stops during sleep only.

Having gastric problem in my stomach since 1 2 years.I get gas problem after eating anything, although I am not eating heavily.On empty stomach also gas is formed.I tried to reduce my food intake,but still gas issue is there. Also my hairs are turning white since last 1 2 years.

I'm using cremafin plus for more than 1 month. how to avoid using cremafin plus. And is there any natural laxative

Since last 2 3 days I was having mild burning pain specially after eating or drinking few food items something but yesterday at night after having 1 cup of packet milk without boiling I suddenly had severe burning pain and heaviness in right upper abdomen and also under ribcage just below chest it felt like I will die of that pain as it was that much heavy like I was nit even to breathe because of it than I immediately had 2 digene tablet and 1 pan 40 tab after which in 5 to 10 Minutes I felt normal but still now also I am feeling different type of mild heaviness at upper right abdomen and also under rib cage although I don't have fever and my stool and urine are also normal not even I have bloating and no yellowish in skin or eyes or nails just burning pain and heaviness

I have been experiencing anal fissure since past 7-8 months. Sometimes it got healed but it kept coming back and has not gone permanently. I had one consultation on practo doctor suggested to have Sitcom forte and softlovac powder for 10 days. There has been relief but when I stopped the meds after 2/3 days again the pain started to happen. Any suggestions what should I do now

I got typhoid in april. Doctor prescribed me antibiotic injection named accuzon 1g injection for 5 days (1-1). Typhoid was still there. So then i got meromac 1g injection (1-1-1) for 5 days. Its been 2 months Since then i am not able to digest anything. I am having prebiotics and probiotics and alot of medicines for persistent diarrhea. But nothing is working for me. Kindly please help me.
