I have GERD due to stress and aggrevate on and off .. yesterday a small string of steel wire stuck into my feet and doctor removed that after giving local anesthesia. Bcs That string was spiral. Doctor prescribed pan40, taxim200 and zerodol SP. It occurred around 3pm. I took those tablets once I come to home around 4pm. My discomfort started around 5.30. I had vomiting sensation and severe burning sensation, irritation on chest/ foodpipe. Then vomitted 4 times the food I had on lunch. Then after 7, loose motion started. It's too watery I don't feel wats going below me. Again I consulted doctor and he prescribed a tablet ( fivBac - HS tablet)I attached. I dnt knw wat is the use of that tablet. And I have been defecating loose motion around 9 times while travelling. Pls check the tablet and confirm me the correct usage of that tablet. I'm still having loose motion and nausea. Pls tell me a good tablet for the same. Thanks in advance.

Hello Ma’am, From what you described, your loose motions and vomiting started soon after taking the medicines (antibiotic + painkiller), so this looks more like a drug-induced gastritis/antibiotic reaction rather than just GERD. That’s why you had severe burning, nausea, and watery stools. The tablet you mentioned (FivBac-HS) is an antibiotic which your doctor likely prescribed to cover infection after the foot injury. But it will not control your loose motions or nausea — in fact, antibiotics themselves can sometimes worsen diarrhea by disturbing gut bacteria. For now: Focus on hydration (ORS solution, coconut water, clear fluids) to replace lost fluids and salts. Avoid spicy, oily, or heavy foods until digestion settles. Do not self-medicate with random antibiotics or painkillers. If loose motions continue more than 2–3 times more, if there is blood in stools, severe weakness, or inability to take fluids — you should visit a doctor urgently for re-evaluation. A safe medicine for diarrhea/nausea should only be started after a doctor’s assessment, depending on whether it’s drug-induced or infection-related. I hope it helps you. You attached probiotics tablet. It will help to restore gut bacteria. But for loose motion and vomiting kindly drink plenty of water, drink ORS or coconut water. Drink water after boiling. Take rest. Use. For loose motion - Tab loperamide 2mg 2 times. If you feel abdominal pain - Tab dicyclomine 20mg 2 times For acidity - Pan-D in morning before food. For vomiting - Tab ondansetron 4 mg 2 Times.
Next Steps
drink boil water, ORS . do CBC report & USG report.
Health Tips

The tablet you have attached is a probiotic. It helps restore healthy bacteria in the gut, which can be useful in diarrhea, but it will not give immediate relief from loose motions. Since you already had multiple watery stools with vomiting, the most important thing right now is to prevent dehydration .take plenty of fluids, ORS, coconut water, etc.
Next Steps
If loose motions are very frequent or you are unable to keep fluids down, please visit a doctor urgently for rehydration. For symptomatic relief, you can be prescribed medicines like ORS, probiotics, and sometimes anti-diarrheal medicines, but these should be taken only after medical advice.
Health Tips
Please monitor your urine output, weakness, or dizziness. if these worsen, seek medical care immediately.
