My child is having watery stool often for the last 2 days , we had travelled to hill station and after coming back facing this problem . He is active and normal except 3,4 episodes of loose stools . I gave half loperamide but didn't work can I give eldoper ?

Doctor, I’ve been having constant stomach pain and a strange pulling or straining sensation in my lower abdomen. I do pass stool daily, but it’s always hard and comes 2–3 times a day in small amounts. I feel like I need to pass stool, but nothing comes out — just that tight, heavy feeling remains. I often feel nauseous when pressing on my stomach. I don’t feel hungry at all. I feel very weak and tired all the time. vit D is 5.3 ng /ml CRP 10.5 mg/L, TSH is  (5.1), while FT3 and FT4 are normal. Vitamin B12 is 485 (normal), and TTG IgA is 6.48 (normal, so celiac unlikely). I am really stressed and not getting relief despite trying multiple medications. Please help me understand what test or treatment i should go for next. I went to so many Dr. but no medicine made any difference. most commonly medicines they give me are antacids even injections of pantoprazole nothing worked even clidinium bromide+ chlordiazepoxide does not made any improvement. Endoscopy result-normal. next step-ct scan

Hi Dr, Today, i have done whole abdomen sonography,  in this investigation result is showing Excessive bowel gases noted in abdomen. And It show mildly increased reflectivity, suggestive of Grade -I fatty changes in the Liver. need to some suggestions, what we have to do or any medicine. Regard, Atish Kumar Jaiswal

Suffering from IBS . Stomach cramps , pain , gas , jalan , bloating . Toilets for 3-4 times . Uncomfortable all time . Having antibiotic and Multivitamine but no appreciable results .

My c section done in 29th of April 2025. Now last three weeks struggling with constipation issue. Pain after motion sometimes bleed. I am a lacting mother please suggest what I do. Symptoms like fissure problem.

My SGOT/SGPT levels are 72, is it alarming or concerned situation, what should I do to cure it to normal?

I have been dealing with persistent upper abdominal discomfort (center, below chest) described as a pulling/tightness feeling, worsened on an empty stomach or after heavy meals. I also have burping, mild bloating, and occasional chest heaviness, but no acid reflux, burning, or vomiting, i do feel constipated but stool is somewhat normal. Also feel stressed out and anxious googling symptoms. I have done a course of Ciplox for 6 days and Cefixime and Orni for 4 days. Done CBC, CRP, LFT, KFT and Ultrasound, all reports are normal. I have confirmed vitamin B12 and D deficiencies, currently taking Ganaton total, Colospa Retard, Bifilac, Evion, Nurokind OD, and recently added Zandu Aampachak. I feel better with probiotics, light food, and walking. Would like to confirm if this is gastritis, IBS, or post-antibiotic gut sensitivity or something else and if i need to change my meds.

I have sometimes random something feeling stuck in throat. No pain no difficulty in swallowing. Mostly it goes away with sleep or during eating and again starts after eating. Sometimes I don't notice for 2 3 days often. What it could be?

It has been more than 1 month, I got jaundice, lft show initially 4mg/dl bilirubin and sgpt and sgot were above 700, but after week they start to normalize, next few weeks all lft show improve in sgpt and sgot but bilirubin was on rise from 9 to 14. At 14mg/dl I got hospitalised, they run some test like ultrasound, hepatitis b test etc, but nothing abnormal comes out in ultrasound, and hepatitis b was also negative, I see improvement in bilirubin, they release after keeping few days see total bilirubin was 13 and conjunctated was 10, so it was huge. But after week it keep 13 but indirect bilirubin increase to round 6-7. Contact doctor try to run some test like s. Lispase(not bile duct found). I don't know if this level of high bilirubin can go down, because for more than a month I am following strict diet and lot of fluid to keep hydrated but at this point I am anxious, not found anything over internet with high bilirubin in adults.
