Black stool and pain
I had having stomach pain in both my right and left upper abdomen. Sometimes lower abdomen also. Black stool with mushy texture. Not proper appetitite. Headache also and sometimes pain in chest areas , fingers and toes. This all started when I accidentaly had a scoop of fake whey protein a month ago. I stopped consuming it immediately. I also did blood test two times both times shows slight liver problem. But a significant elevation in P- Lcr, Pdw and MPV. Also not energetic like before. I am confused to how to start the treatment and of which thing. Please guide.

Black stools can indicate bleeding in any part of your gastrointestinal tract and elevated values of these suggest some problem related to platelets. I feel due to defective platelet activity, some sort of active bleeding is taking place in your gastrointestinal tract. Please consult a gastroenterologist for this and get checked. For time being get tested for CBP and if the hb value is also low, start using iron tablets
