Since from 2 years I avoid to go to toilet 2 days 3 days only go once in 2 or e days is it major problem Now how to overcome it Digestion is not proper and growth is not happening all because of that

Taken one flagyl tablet Poha Banana Curd So today's stool is normal but in middle still bloody type coming it's worrying me as google something to be serious

A week ago my belly was normal no fat but within a week it grew bigger all of a sudden....i even workout daily for 30 mins....im just confused weather i have bloating issue or anything else. My belly is not getting back to normal it's still fluffy. Any medicine I should take. But one thing I noticed that from the day my belly got big im passing too much gas. Please help me.

Go now still pain but little but not like anything else pain. Hi I recently lost someone and the person had no diseases except gas and long burps due to it. He didnt eat outside food had no heart issues literally nothing. a night he complaint of gas/chest pain but after eno and acidity pills it went away. We found the same person lying unconscious and no more in this world on floor after few hours. What can be the cause of death? it looks like cardiac arrest but can someone please explain what must have happened?
