I m a breastfeeding mother of 16 months baby boy Suffering from loose motions since morning. Is Bi Quinol tablet safe

Sir My mom is 50 years old . She is a non vegetarian since childhood. Now days whenever she is eating chicken , fish or egg she is vomiting but she is not vomiting after eating veg food. 2 years back she underwent a surgery of Uterus + Cervix + Bilateral tube + Left ovary and they were removed as she was having heavy bleeding . She is totally fine but now this vomit has started . What could be the cause ?

Hepatomegaly 16.7 cm with grade 1 fatty change Enlarged with parenchymal echogenicity mildly raised LFT Billirubin 1.25 (49+76) - ALT 60. And AST42 Hepatitis B and C - Negative AGE 30 Weight 84 Overweight from 4 years and ALT and AST mildly raised from last 3 years Recently from few months Right abdomen pain sometime back side also specially after eating and feeling Nausea most of the time. Doctor told me to reduce 10 kg within 3 months And gave strict diet without rice only 2 roti (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Did not prescribe any medicine for liver Taking paracetamol + domperidone for 10 days Nausea is still there and sometime pain also What to do? - please help
