Hi I am taking spine TB medicine and last month my liver report was normal when start the medicine but suddenly after one month 10 days its shoot up SGOT 750 and SGPT 350 how can reduce immediately. Pls suggest and Guide also it's curable how long time will take.

Hello sir, Yesterday I had my LFT  as i am suffering slight discomfort in abodman and loss of appetite and fatigue and the reports are Total Bilirubin: 1.34 Direct: 0.68 Indirect: 0.66 ALP: 98 SGOT: 24 SGPT: 27 Protien: 7 Albumin : 3.9 Globulin : 3.1 Vit D3: 19 B12: 110 Kindly tell me is there anything to really concern about and what should be my next step sir.

I think I am bloated all the time. Whatever I eat gives me gas. However, I face no problem passing stool. That is fairly regular. But this gassiness is stressing me out. I also at times feel a stabbing pain in the upper abdomen or the chest region... which subsides as soon as I take a gas medicine or for that matter pass gas. Help please.
