Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have piles since last 20 days ..and bleeding severely wile pooping ..it caused low hb and I am having weakness and dizziness. I am breastfeeding mother . How can I cure my piles and increase hb.

Sir I have a little brother his stomach area continuously contracting like hiccups his hiccups remained in stomach all day and all night his stomach contract and relax regularly everything has been checked there is no problem or diseases

I was having fever and then it was associated with diarrhea. I took antibiotics for 2 days and it was fine. Now I am feeling like bloating and stomach is not clearing and pain on the side above hip. I had antibiotics in the month of Jan which lasted around 10 days and antacid for around 10 days.Probiotics for 20 days.  I am worried about how many times should I take antibiotics and frequency and for antacid also, how prolonged to take it since this is the only medicine whenever I have stomach issue

I wanted to confirm if there is only blood in this image or is it just red due to colouring of food I had beetroot and podi powder and red chutney in my meal so maybe it is due to that No other symptoms

I am having symptoms of gastritis such as too much  gas in my stomach along with blurping, loss of appetite etc but there is no pain. Which test should I go for to know the cause ?

I have marble like things under my stomach skin. There is a bit of discomfort. They don't pain when i touch them or pinch them. They are not visible from the outside, can only feel them when i press my skin. Some are saying it is fat and it is due to weight loss and will go eventually but want to confirm and which doctor should I visit

I am suffering from Pangastritis from June 2023, and recently since September I'm also facing issues when walking / movement right after a meal. I need to sit idle for 30-40 mins and only then i can move. So the problem Statement is 1- Gastritis (endoscopy done) 2- Burning in the central stomach (around belly button) after immediately walking after a meal/ after a physical exercise/ after jogging etc. 3- Sometimes I wake up in the middle of night due to hunger, sugar levels are normal

I often get a slight pain in the left abdomen area. The pain increases, especially when I dance or run. The pain doesn't persist 24/7, but I have no idea what is causing this. I have attached the photo to show the exact location of the pain.
