Hello. For the first time in my life I am feeling a pulse in the right lower abdomen. Theres no pain or anything. Just that I can feel the pulse quite noticeably. I am 28 and weight 57kgs. I exercise and have a slender body but I do have some belly fat. Does this pulse mean anything?

Hi last month I consulted with my doctor he prescribed me HP Kit and I started feeling better after taking the medicine I was feeling much better. I missed some doses in between. My symptoms were 1. Tiredness 2. Mild stomach pain 3. Loose stools. Floating and very sticky stools. 4. Lack of focus 5. Very smelly frequent farts 6. Feeling unwell But after three weeks some of the symptoms came back.
