Gas problem in evening time only at 5.30 pm and after till dinner. Morning time no issue. What are remedies

I am feeling gastric trapped at the bottom of my chest,it falls in panic , as from the last 6 years my left hand from neck origin pains due to mild pid ct c6 Last week ECG ECHO was normal, but pain  reliving, Sometimes it feels heavy breath when trapped gas

I have acidity problems burning sensation in stomach and nausea gas. Plzz help me . I m mother of 7 months baby

I don't know actually what is it but I'll try to explain it in a brief. I don't have any pain in the body but I feel a low level of pressure in left chest sometimes below, sometimes mid and top but the pain is constantly low which I could feel and in stomach it feels like a burning sensation just like acidity and the stomach always seems to be heated and the stool is light yellow.

I have mucus in stool last 2 years and left abdominal and naval area spasm some time and bloating. Stool not formed I have visited gastroenterologiest and make USG and Endoscopy. In endoscopy Mild gastro duodenitis and I also tested CBC,DC,LFt,Vitamin D, B12 , Lipid all are normal

Stomach hurting and feeling bloated and whenever i eat something, i vomit or have diarrhoea, symptoms are there for a week, no alcohol or smoking, and whenever i wake up in the morning i vomit.

My brother is having breathing issues while walking a little pain (even a small walk makes him breathing very fast), extreme cough more than a month now, digestion prblm since very long whatever he eats he just vomits afterwards, I am scared seeing his situation, he's taking nebulizer of levolin 0.31mg twice a day but nothing works out, one of the antibiotic one doctor suggested for cough but thats also not working.. Please suggest if this is serious and what we can do to cure it

I am suffering from IBS-C since 15-20 years. I am currently taking ayurvedic medicine for constipation. I took Tab. Tryptomer 20mg for 5-6 years upto 2016. I was having Tab. Placida 10mg for last 2 years. I was having sleep disturbances so a physician prescribed Tab Nexito 5 and Tab Mirtaz 7.5 at bedtime. Can I stop the above antidepressants  and start Tab. Tryptomer 20 mg now? Please reply.

I have pain in left side of abdomen with burning sensation. Have constipation issues also & release foul smell on passing the gas. Feel very restless & depressed most of the time. Have osteoarthritis of knees, also taking BP medicine Telma Am 40/5 & Razel 10 for chlolestrol. Have chronic indigestion & acidity issues over the years. Request advise
