My son after having breakfast suddenly complained about burning sensation and nauseous. I gave pan d 40 and after 1/2 hr he vomited twice . Can I give domstal now or I have to wait as I already gave pan d which he vomited after 45 mins.

Give him non spicy Bland Foods with Fruit Juices and Non Oily stuff
If it still persists then you should consider visiting a physician
