Feeling like vomiting all day, worsens after eating,heavy feeling in the throat , what should i do. Some medications?

I am facing stomach pain and diarrhea from last 5 days. I am don't feel like eating anything. Actually i mixed ors in copper bottel and i had omitted from that day i am facing this issue also i feel weakness.

Could someone please suggest some ayurvedic medicine for upper abdomen pain on right side. It's being two month I am facing dull pain on right side of abdomen and also right side back

Can enterogermina liquid be given to kids for vomiting .he vomited twice and complaining about stomach pain.

I was diagnosed with H Pylori in September 2023 after I had bloating and food reflux and doctor had to do endoscopy. He gave me antibiotics for 15 days and after that I started feeling fine. I had already lost 4 kgs and I started gaining weight after 2 months. Again in June 2024 I had the same symptoms and when did breath test H Pylori was still positive. Doctor gave bismuth triple therapy for 15 days and after a month of stopping antibiotics breath test showed negative for H Pylori and after this I still had lot of gastritis and weight loss continued. Doctor gave me Providac probiotics and Rabeprazole Itopride after which I have started eating well and my appetite has increased and no bloating. The concern is I am still losing weight I was 73 in Sep 2023 and i am 63 now. I had vitamin deficiency for which I took supplement and my blood test shows normal, im not a diabetic. Why am I losing weight?

Hi , A friend of mine who is very sensitive facing problems in her digestion and she told me that she couldn't  even digest an egg, pulse or dairy products like milk or ghee, etc. she also told me about her monthly diet what she eats in weeks ,she took a pulse with palak some time , even khichdi once in a week, and some spicy junk food once or twice in a week or month but she likes to eat spicy food too but all these veggies she ate in her diet doesn't helped her in maintaining her digestion. so please help me to find a way to help her.

I have constipation problem from few years and most of the times I strain to pass stools. Sometimes they come in small pieces with each strain. I had history of hemorrhoids and fissure. I also have gastric issues most of the times. Sometimes stools come like very small pieces with straining only. Sometimes I see blood in stools when I pass large stools with pain and sometimes painless also. Please advise how to get good stools without straining much

Doctor, I am having stomach problem since many days, my USG came back normal, then I am taking gas medicines like Veloz-D and Sucral antacid. The day before yesterday I had a tight motion, after which there was bleeding after the stool, then the next day there was some loose motion but there was bleeding in that too. The blood is new, it has happened many times before also, chilli masala and non-veg.I am consuming more chilli masala and non-veg, and the place of lettering has swelled like a wart, there is pain too, what should I do, there was shortage of water due to playing for many days
