I have diagnosed with piles and fissure,piles is in 3rd stage.I have been suffering with constipation problem since 1 year.An ayurvedic doctor recommended a rubber band ligation.Is it necessary ? Can this be cured with medicines and with diet.Kindly let me know easy and pain free solution.Thank you

You are only 21 years old. You should go for a permanent cure like branding of the piles. I don't know whether the diagnosis of piles was made by a Qualified General Surgeon or some other Doctors.
