Hello All Good evening My wife following diet format for weight loss 3 months back she had taken fennel seeds water for weight Before that she has no problem with constipation she has taken fennel seeds water for 20 days From that time onwards she is facing the issue with constipation Please give some suggestions how to clear this type of issue. Now she is following diet also
