Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi Doctors, From last one month its been third time i am having stomach pain with fever. On thermometer i dont see any fever but i feel like i have one. I remain very tired, sleepy all day and have no energy at all. Can you advice what is causing this issue? To which specifialist doc should i reach out? Thank you in advance

Need to know about the test between CT scan or Endoscopy..which is better to know about the stomach problems..am suffering from gastric issues..gone through many tests like ultrasound and fibroscan..all tests are fine..but now need to go through ct scan or endoscopy

Asking for my son. He has altered bowel habits from January 2025 With abdominal pain on right lower side. On performing colonoscopy it's been found that he has ileitis with distal proctitis (patchy mucosal erythema in rectum). The biopsy report says mild focal active ileitis with erosion. (The result is attached here). Doctor prescribed him mesacol od and fa 5 tablets for 2 weeks. Even after completing the medicine for 1 week, he still has loose stools.  Can it be the beginning of chrons or uc ?. He has lost about 5 kgs of weight in 3 months. His lipase level is 14.

I was diagnosed with GERD in 2023 and I've been feeling low, weak and depressed for 1 week. Prior to that, I was on a meat heavy diet for 1 week which has exacerbated the acidity problem this week. I am 19 year old and my height is 5.5 and my weight is 49 kg. I am on bulk and I have gain 9 kg in last 5 months my previous weight was 40 kg but I have faced problem that my weight suddenly stoped increasing I am consuming adequate surplus calories according to me i.e nearly 1200 calories daily through banana shake(600 calories)which also has peanut and oats this shake I consume twice a day now what I should do now my Target Is to gain 12-15 kg healthy and muscular weight in next 4-5 months Give me solution for this please.

Morning I have normal stool and from afternoon after every meal i am getting semi solid stools...this is happening from last 4 days...can u pls help me and guide me why I am having this problem...which medicine i can take.

Why do I fell low or my body left power like sometime cold after a bowel movement and then after 20-30 minutes I get back to normal.
