Left side abdominal pain
I am getting left side abdominal pain from weeks which get better after few days, the pain is not constant, but i am way too gassy and my bowel moments are changing like some times loose motion sometimes constipation when there is pain and i eat full stomach the pain goes away and comes back after few hours, there is no blood in stool etc

abdominal pain gets relieved after motion is passed? Is there mucus in stools? Does symptoms increase with stress or certain type of food products? (FODMAP diet) Is there similar family history? Looks like IBS Need these information to confirm Till then do symptomatic management

Change life style n diet plan drastically. ?Ibs Tab rifagut400 two times a day after food for 2 weeks. Tab Oz Two times a day after food for five days. Use pre probiotic  as buttermilk curd. Beetroot in diet Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 2 weeks. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times. Use of softovac powder  Two teaspoon at night  whenever you feel constipation .
