HELLO, AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. BUT HOW COME IF YOU HAVE DIARRHOEA YOU MUST DEHYDRATE, TIRED.THAT YOU MENTIONED NOT. PAIN ABDOMEN IS LIKE KNOT TYING N YOU RUSH TO WASHROOM LIKE THAT? ADVISE STOOL TEST FOR COMPLETE AND MICROSCOPIC OVA, CYST, MUCUS, PUS, RBC OR ANYTHING. TILL YOU TAKE, PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. ORS WITH WATER LIGHT DIET TREATMENT SPOROLAC SACHET THREE TIMES A DAY FOR TWO OR THREE TIMES FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS TABLET NAMSPAS DR (MEFANAMIC ACID N DROTAVERINE)HALF TABLET OR ONE WHEN EVER REQUIRED. AFTER THAT, TABLET OZ(OFLOXACILLIN AND ORNIDAZOLE)TWO-TIME TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE DAYS. O.K BYE.
