Bloating for past 2 Weeks
For the past two weeks I have bloating or heavy or tight stomach. Even walking makes it difficult.  When I touch my stomach have some discomfort.I have this constantly plus eating makes it increase if I do some burps its bit reduced.

Start antacid like Mg,Al hydroxide after food.most likely its due to gastritis. Avoid tea,cooffee and outside street food in excess. Drink adequate water and change lifestyle with excercise daily.

Change life style n diet plan drastically. When u bloot least food  intake. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 7 days. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to4 times.
