That could be due to the antibiotics you have taken.You can take zerodol spas twice daily,rabeproxole 20 mg once and any probiotic twice daily for 3 days.

CALPOL or paracetamol is mostly for pain that are from deeper tissues n nerves pain
Not for crampy pain
Antibiotics also reduce gut flora
