My digestion system not working properly ,I am passing stool with mucus problems ,I am going a washroom 4-5 times ,my stomach was paining and feeling a full ,and I don't feel hungry,that problems I suffered from 2020 to currently ,I also loss my weight from 50 to 46 kg

Hi.. I had a gallbladder surgery last week. What kind of diet should I follow for fast recovery and also to reduce weight.

Hello , from last 1.5 years, i have discomfort in the upper right abdomen below chest. It usually goes away within one hour or so.and noticed it does not occur in the morning usually occurs after a meal.i was facing rectal bleeding as well ,found out 3 hamerroirds are there.now I did the ultrasound of abdomen.everything is normal except there is 3.5 mm concretetion in the right kidney.other things are normal.and the blood test it says that I have vitamin b12 and d deficiency.with tsh at higher level ,but free t4 and tpo antibody are negative,maybe temporary.haemoglobin is 17.2 and WBC is little higher than 10.it is somehow 10.2 or 10.3.please help me out
