Hello I have a feeling of heavyness and incomplete bowel movement from a year probably as my daily breakfast to dinner breakfast like eggs wheat roti and lunch wheat roti gravy and rice dal and snacks makhana tea and dinner I have same as lunch almost with a vegetable food and sometimes curd

I have abdomen pain sometimes in upper abdomen and did few tests. Amylase test was normal however in LFT I have got ggtp 53 and globulin 3.81. can you please suggest what could it means and any medication for this purpose. I'm attaching the blood test report

Hi, I have bloating issues, noticed how I get bloated. If I eat any of these food i will get bloated, my stomach will be large and hard. Listing the foods I can't eat Paneer, curd,toor daal, egg plant, cauliflower, broccoli,spicy food etc I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, eat dal rice for lunch and roti and some sabzi at night. But still once or twice a week I am bloated. Kindly suggest a treatment or any medicine to get rid of bloating.

Hi, my gut health is usually messed with indigestion and irregular bowel movements. I feel low on energy throughout the day. I read it's good to add pre and probiotics in diet. I am trying that however, is there any supplement that I can add alongwith my diet for improved benefits and better energy.

Have some pain in stomach area, burning sensation in Stomach & Chest area some time. Have some gas problem. Test done SGPT, which result comes 98. ESG done, but report was normal. USG done. Fatty liver grade 1 detected. (Report attached) Kindly suggest what to do now.
