Severe acidity
I have a severe acidity from last 14 days and already having a medicine pantop 40 neo pride and sucrafil syrup but now a days not taken any medicine except labetalol100 mg .still have a severe acidity.

For acidity 1) Avoid Stress 2) Take regular sleep 3) avoid outside food , oily spicy food 4) Can consider you for Very Nice Anti Acid medicines 5) there are other options for syrup in acidity too . 6) kindly mention the condition for which u r on labetalol

Please take antacids before meals 30 mins and avoid spicy, oily or outside food. Have curd, yoghurt and foods that are fermented.
Next Steps
Try changing your diet as above for a week or so u should be able to see the changes. keepb meal gap of 2-3 hours before going to bed.

Check for h pylori antigen.If positive treatment is specific for eradication.If tested negative, you may have to use vanoprozen instead of pantaprazol.
