Stomach Problems & Remedies

Age 28, I got constipated and tight stomach like flat everyday i woke up in the morning. After having Fruits and water, I sneezed 3-4 times and my stomach loose means constipation gone and after that the gas start coming out as usual normal human beings. I do fasting almost everyday. The time difference between last meal of the night and first meal of the day would be more 14 hrs approx.Now new thing is when i constipated i fell stressed or anxiety.

Hi, I have been feeling a daily burning sensation in chest/throat, food coming up with a sour taste. Lump-in-throat feeling after eating Rib pain under the breasts Stomach feels hot & uneasy Symptoms worse on an empty stomach but better after eating constipation Also my upper stomach is swollen. All this had happened in July and ultrasound was clear and doctor assumed it was h pylori infection and put me on medication, and I was cured in a month. But I got the same Symptoms since this week. What should I do?

Since from 2 years or say more than that I initially avoid to go to toilet is it a major problem I had to take a treatment for it or its fine How to overcome it

Can I take Dr John malt syrup with water instead of milk? When I take it with milk my stomach gets upset. And I'm underweight.

Vomitting and acidity after eating out yesterday night suggest medicine vomitting stopped now but acidity high

S Cholesterol - 243, SGPT - 53, SGOT - 80, Creatinine - 1.58, Total Bilirubin - 3.85, Direct Bilirubin - 1.17, Indirect Bilirubin - 2.68, TLC - 12100, Neutrophils - 77, Lymphocytes - 19, PLT - 1.18, RBC - 3.46, MCV -122, MCH - 41, Stone in Kidney, piles problem, Left anterior hemi block. I am a regular drinker and smoker, working in the corporate sector with lots of stress and travel and no habit for exercise. These are six  months ago and at that time I consulted with the Doctor and took medicine for one month with a little bit of reducing consumption of alcohol and smoking and felt better, after one month I took these things regularly and stopped medicines but now the same problem is facing again. Pls suggest that it is recoverable or not and how much my liver and kidney was damaged as per reports and situations.
