H pylori whit no symptoms what need to do want to take antibiotics or it's go on its own will it's spread from person to person

Can I take Ranidom-O syrup with 8 hours gap? And should I have it empty stomach or after eating ? My doctor has told me have it twice a day but 12 hours is difficult to manage can I make it 8 hours ?
