Why am I experiencing too much stomach growling even after eating because I have heard it happens if the stomach is empty ?

Can i take rabesec dsr and shilajit capsule empty stomach together in the morning? Will there be any side effects?

I have stomach pain along with mild nausea since last 2 month , pain is mild that goes after taking meal what is the reason

I've been struggling with hpylori from past 1 year now . I have had my first course of treatment for the same . But after few weeks i was still having symptoms like diarrhoea and nausea. Now im in 2nd course of treatment. But during the end of my treatment i still at times feel nauseous when i have something spicy , or something heavy like chole and channa . When will i be able to eat everything without feeling such symptoms.

Whenever i empty my bowl after that my stomach gets bloat and i get burps.
