I've been suffering from IBS since 1-2 years.
My main symptoms include,
Urgency to go to stool.
I poop 2 times a day. Initially it was only once a day.
My stool is yellow in color and sometimes loose.
Sometimes,
I get urge to poop right after I eat.
Apart from that,
I'm super active, my appetite is good too
All the colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy reports are normal.
What to do ? How to get back to normal ?
