IBS is a functional gut disorder and the anxiety, bloating, bad dreams, and sleepiness you're experiencing are all part of the gut-brain connection that's very typical of IBS. Unfortunately there is no permanent cure for IBS in any system of medicine including homeopathy — but it can absolutely be managed very well with the right approach. Diet plays a huge role — a low FODMAP diet significantly reduces bloating and constipation in most IBS patients. Stress management (even simple breathing exercises or yoga) directly improves gut symptoms. For constipation, isabgol (psyllium husk) with water daily is safe and effective. Addressing the anxiety with the help of a doctor is also important as it directly worsens IBS. I'd recommend consulting a physician rather than relying on homeopathy alone.
