Chronic stomach started in summer..! Iam only consume home food. It is a middle range stomach pain near belly button area. I am done CT scan & Endoscopy Last year.. It is normal..! Doctor says nothing to worry. But now' once again same problem started..!!

Iam skinny with huge tight belly. I got hpylori+ve and now I am in 14days medication. After medication can I expect decrease in my belly size ?

I have acid reflex issue and previously had h-pylorie. I always feel i have malabsorption issue, because im not gaining weight. That said, my vitamin b12 level shows 202. I read that 300 plus is needed. Do i need to take supplement? I am already taking for Vitamin D

Reccurent episodes of vomiting in my 8 year old sister since 4 months.. All her investigation reports are normal like blood parameters head ct scan abdomen ct scan and endoscopy. Eeg is also normal... all the reports are normal. But still she vomits continuosly after every 15 days. Doctor prescribed pan 20 but as soon as she stops taking pan 20 she starts vomiting. Immediately after vomiting she complains of headache. It's been 4 months since this is occurring. What might be the reason even though all the reports are normal

I am unable to evacuate my stool completely in the morning,I get sensation to poop normally as soon as I wake up. 60% of it gets evacuated very normally(no straining) but after that it feels like the stomach has stopped pushing the stool to the rectum.then again after eating i sit intentionally in the bathroom 20% of stool again comes out but the balance 20% doest get evacuated and this is causing issues in my daily life. I have tried laxatives and it only makes the stool softer(my stool isn't hard),I have done endoscopy, colonoscopy, USG (No blockage or infection found in the intestine),mild fatty liver came in USG

It all started with typhoid in July 2024 . Then I used to have vomiting and stomach pain and whenever I used to eat anything I used to vomit This continued for atleast 6 months and I lost almost 10kg weight I had gastritis and I used to have black stool earlier I was H pylori positive then I started medication but after 2 days i consumed blue harpic cleaner along with red harpic cleaner Then I had corrosive poisioning Zargar grade A I was admitted for few days and after discharge doctor asked to come again for endoscopy after 2 months as strictures may develope But I couldn't go for endoscopy because of some reason I was given some medicine after corrosive poisioning and after completing it I completed course of h pylori also This is 3 months old history Now I am having stomach pain whenever I eat something and I feel vomiting .. and even after eating very very small amount of food I feel extremely full What could be reason and which medical test or medicine should I go through

I am getting pain and burning, gas  in stomach after eating and it lasts for 3-5 hours. The pain is very bad. Doctor gave me some antacid and librax tab ..I felt better for 2 days but now pain has come again what should I do ? Please help

I think I have intestine swelling or infection as not able to digest and stomach upset most of the time coz of alcohol (weekly intake). What are best medicine for this.
