Male 61, retired Bp now - 151/ some 80s or 90s and pulse 138 Bp tablet daily - Telma 20 Thyronorm daily - 75mcg Sugar in control - 6.4 last checked few months ago. FEVER INTERNAL- He said he had fever at night, when I touched him seems no fever outside. should be internal. Foods ate - cheese onion flavoured popcorn, a mango piece, garelu, ground nuts. COMPLAIN - When he complained of stomach indigestion gave him pancharista evening. Whole night he vomited big but once only  and he went to motions small amounts have come he says. HOW TO - Can pulse lower down to normalcy. What medicine to give him. Gave him 1/2 glass electral because bp already high to be careful.

Ciplar 40 one at night after food for five days. Lupizyme syr10 ml after lunch n.   Emset4 MD to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly once to stop vomit. Till required.
