Loose motions and then watery stools since two days. Attached tongue picture. Feeling weakness. Had fever at nights for past two days. No fever now.

Hi i recently 10 days back had a sudden stomach pain and vomiting my doctor suggested to have a Endoscopy, Result of Endoscopy was Multiple Erosion in stomach lining (Gastritis) and Positive for H Pylori Infection, My doctor has suggested to take domstol and Esomefol-SL for 15 days and later to start 3 months course for H Pylori, now i have completed 10days gastric treatment yet to start H Pylori treatment, can I consume 1 bottle of Beer for a day as i am alcoholic please let me know

I am having digestion problems since a week where in i have lost my appetite, i have loose motions and indigestion, i feel very anxious because of this , anything i eat causes pain , i have few stressors in my life is it because of stress or what?

I'm a night owl due to my studies. I have been experiencing acidity for the past few days. I took antacid medications like PAN-D, which provided temporary relief, but the symptoms keep coming back. I often feel a burning sensation in my hands, feet, and eyes, and sometimes they feel very warm. My body also feels unusually warm. Occasionally, I experience mild chest discomfort, belching, and a slight stomach ache. At times, I feel weak and slightly dizzy. My digestion doesn’t feel normal, but I haven’t had any nausea or vomiting. I have also noticed that if I sleep in the afternoon, the burning sensation increases after waking up. Should I continue taking PAN-D, or do I need a different medication? If so, for how many days should I continue? What should I do next?

Suddenly today i went to pass motion in morning and saw bright red  liquid blood in stool..i already have ibs diarrhea from last 8 years but never had blood in stool ... I am 24 weeks pregnant and i am very afraid.

A week ago had had cough and cold took medicines and antibiotics and had periods too. Since then having watery stools 2- 3 times a day no other symptoms are there no fever no pain but stools are still loose . Iam staying hydrated but feeling a bit weak How to stop this plz help?

Dear Dr., I have been suffering from piles for the past few days. I had taken some prescribed medicine for 10 days, which provided temporary relief, but the pain and discomfort have returned after stopping the medication. (The photograph of the area is attached for you reference. Currently, the pain in the affected area is intense, making it difficult for me to sit properly or cough with full pressure. Additionally, it has become very uncomfortable and challenging to use the restroom. I have already stopped consuming spicy and junk food, but I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the proper medication or treatment plan that could help me get rid of this condition quickly. Had stomachache last month 20th January, did sonography. Resul : Mild mucosal wall edema seen in cecum and ileum After some medicines it was ok in a week . Now from last 3 days stomachache started, unable to eat asnausea and  vomiting as soon as eat. This morning Pain was too much. What diet should I do? And which medicines to take?
