Sir Im suffering from stomach bloating since 5-6 years it's affecting my daily routine drastically and not able to do my daily activity it's affecting me mentally im very anxious in anxiety some time panic attack no fix patterns of bloating it can happen any time but if stool clear and gas passing than ok otherwise very problematic I undergone cbc lft kft thyroid lipid profile iron profile anti ttga hb1ac hsba test vitamin b 12 vitamin d 3 all almost normal USG show liver size 19 cm and moderate grade 2 fatty liver I visited gastroenterologist they prescribed me sompraz acogut psatalo plus and rifaxin tablet I took one month another gastroenterologist prescribed me levosulphride benzizep tablet I took for one month but still I'm suffering kindly suggest diagnosis and treatment

I have been suffering from anxiety (hypocondrisis) for a long time, for about a year.  Now I am in my recovering phase..but now i am experiencing constipation -digestion issue— I’m not able to pass stool properly every day, I don’t feel hungry, and my digestion isn’t good. From last five days. I feel pain while sleeping in morning around 5 am in my centre of chest which goes till back. Pain is not much high, but pain is like that i can not sleep. So i get up and pain disappear slowly slowly in approx 30 minutes to 1 hour without doing any remedy. What may be its cause. I am not taking any tablet right now for any disease. From last 1 month i am going through constipation. Even after going 3 times for fresh in morning , still stomach doesn't clear. Inside my mouth few more reddish skin is appearing. When i eat food little bit more chili i feel. This is happening from last 14 days. Please suggest, what problem could be this.

Hi Doctor, my mother aged 70 years was suffering a day on 9th May with 4-5 vomitings and then took medicines attached. Yesterday i.e, 21 May again she suffers 2-3 vomiting and stomach cramps. Hi, I am having pain in my lower stomach and back and continuously feel nausea, especially when I eat. This has been there for the past 7 days. I had my doctor's medicines and then did a course of O2. After that I started with Vonoprazan. Still there is a stomach and back pain. Nausea is slightly better. Did USG abdomen and pelvis no such observation. My doc feels I have a stomach ulcer. How much time will it take to improve is there a need for consulting a gastrologist.
