Digestion getting weak? Your inference is based on what? Digestion can definitely be improved. We need to trace the cause. Uric acid and cholesterol within borderline values will not impact much on your digestion. Consult me for further info.

You will have to follow a high fiber diet which includes more vegetables and fruits. Add probiotics like curd to your diet Avoid spicy and oily food Keep at least 2 hours gap between ur dinner and sleep. Repeat the cholesterol and uric acid test after a month and get back

Hey there! Borderline values for Uric acid and Cholestrol can be fixed rather quickly. What's your body fat percentage? Do you have fast food often?
