Pain only during and before passing stools that goes away after passing is very commonly seen with mild constipation or gut irritation, which is quite expected after a stomach infection and a course of antibiotics. The bifilac sachet she is taking is a good probiotic and will help restore the gut. This is likely just the gut recovering, but it needs to be monitored.

Hi, stomach pain during pooping after recent illness is due to constipation, gut irritation from antibiotics, or mild infection. 😊usually settles with time, probiotics like Bifilac, and plenty of fluids and fibre.Feel free to consult for further guidance. 👍
Increase water intake.
Add fruits/fiber: papaya, pear, banana (not excessive raw banana), oats, vegetables.
Avoid too much junk/spicy packaged food for a few days.
Warm fluids can help.
Sometimes a stool test or deworming advice is needed depending on symptoms and local practice.
