I am taking telma am for the last 5 months, i am worried whether i will have kidney failure because of this. I am obese. I weight 98 kgs i am very worried

I have been suffering from flatulence issue. Doctor prescribed simethicone 140 mg but didn't mention when . Is it before or after food. I have been prescribed levothyroxine 50 mg fir past 1 year.
