Hello im suffering from ibs from a few years. Im taking somparaz d40 bd before food,rifagut 400 bd,econorm capsule bd and ulgel A liquid and im on strict low FODMAP diet. But im feeling sharp abdominal pain and spasm. Please suggest me best antispasmodic for this and for how much time should i take it?

My doctor gave me librax 2 times daily. Now I have cough problem I have taken 2 dose of sbl cough syrup . Should I skip librax now for one does

I had fever day before yesterday and due to stomach upset ( heavy stomach) I took PANTOPRAZOLE 40mg then after a certain hours stomach pain started. Pain is not continuous but reoccurring after an interval of few minutes along with stomach sound. What could be the problem? What is the solution? Please suggest

Hello Doctors I got diagnosed with stomach infection on 2nd feb and had taken antibiotic course for 5 days (cefolax , rabdoc , ondem ). Usually my stomach infection resolves in 5 days. Though I am feeling better but still I am not able to have a heavy meal, anything dairy as it leads to gas and little nausea. Also had pain in lower abdomen and also having discharge . What should I do? Should I get some tests done?

Hello Doctor, I'm suffering from IBS and IBS Diarrhea predominantly. I consulted a gastro 3 years back, and I was prescribed Lesuride OD 75 for some days. But once I stopped taking it, my symptoms returned back. Now also I need to take electral powder few days a week to manage the diarrhea. I have leaky gut and need to go 4 5 times a day for passing stools..they are mostly semi solid. Whenever I eat anything I get bloating, gas and feel consistent weakness and tiredness due to all this. I work in IT industry so stress is a part of my life. I feel weakness in my legs everyday. I'm unable to gain weight due to this. My height is 5.2 feet and weight remains in the range 46 to 47 kg. I'm getting social anxiety and unable to live life fully. Whenever I eat I get the sensation of passing poop. In a month, I get loose motions several times which drains my energy and I get lethargic. I feel dizziness and have got food anxiety for eating anything. I do yoga 5 days a week for 20 mins.

Hi. From long facing excessive belching/burping before food or after food i.e anytime. When he lye down then no belching. Currently copd and some overthinking medicine is going on. Taking Esomeparazole 40 and ondasteron 4mg But no relief. Visited most of tge doctor but no relief. Can anyone explain whst can be the problem.
