Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having little pain at sides of stomach since last 1 month. The pain is not sharp but it occurs sometimes and is like some pricking pain. Sometimes I feel the bowels not fully emptying and also sometimes it's difficult to pass out gas. There's no other symptom like fever, vomitting, etc. Initially I thought it would be kidney stones but after CT scan I don't think so. Also, my blood tests(CBC, CRP, ESR), KFT, LFT, urine culture reports are normal. I have attached some pictures but can't attach more than 2. I was eating junk food, non-veg, spicy food since sometime. I've now started drinking 3-4 litres of water daily alongwith less spicy, oily food. Taking curd or drinking buttermilk makes me feel some better. Can someone help me know if this pain be due to gas? Or it can be something else?

I have been taking isotretinoin from last 20 days and now experiencing pain in between chest nd stomach(sometimes) very similar when I was diagnosed with Hpylori... should I continue taking this medicine for my acne or should I stop as I don't want to go through any severe gastrointestinal issue.. or till how long can I take this medicine without affecting my gut health

My stomach right side near navel light pain from 5 months even when i poop small poops coming out and providing discomfort and gas from moutn and even back pain some times and also feels like bloating sometime and body weakness

My daughter who is 22 yrs started having pain in her upper abdomen below ribs on right side ...near 3 to 4 days mild pain was there when she took deep breath...on Monday morning the pain increased n she couldn't sleep...took her to hospital...her ECG n all were normal...they asked to take pan 40 ...n gave inj for acidity n pain... But the pain was still there so we went to gastroenterology doctor ...who has asked to take Nexpro 40 for a month and also cyclopam for the next 3 days ...I did hear him mention H pylori...plz guide me as what's the problem my daughter is having ...also her hb is low so he's given medicines for that too

Dear sir, I am suffering from acidity since many years consult with doctors many time but after end of medicine course the situation become same again. since last 1 yr I am taking dsr tablet in morning but when the gap increase more than 3 days acidity return again kindly suggest medicine

I am a diabetic taking Zoryl M tablets morning n evening with Insulin Eglucent Mix 25 morning 15 units and evening 10 units. For constipation I have been taking 2 tablets of Zandu NITYAM after dinner since long time. It's now kind of dependence on Nityam but still the stomach is never clear. Also since quite some time now the stool smells very bad. Kindly advise

I have already taken treatment for lax les but still after a week i again started feeling the same..food comes to mouth and continuous cough .is there actually any valid treatment for lax les ?
