Digestion issue
Hello Dr. From the past few years I suffering with digestion problem and bometin problem, so few day ago I done a LFT, lever functioning test, And in report I found the 3 major problems  points are as follows. 1. GGT IS 442 2. SGPT IS 168 3.SOGT IS 268 So for further please suggest.

Hello sir,   Based on your LFT reports , you may have possible liver injury, bile duct obstruction or alcohol related or drug related liver damage. You  need additional investigations       Abdominal ultrasound       Viral markers ( Hepatitis B and c )       CBC, LFT repeat, PT/INR       BLOOD SUGAR, LIPID PROFILE

consult a Gastroenterologist for detailed evaluation.   if you have Abdominal pain, nausea, yellowing of eyes, weight loss, dark urine, you must need consultation immediately.

R u an alcoholic? Liver enzyme  too high. In that case u need a complete  reversal of LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST,   IF ANY BAD HABITS  NO CUT SHORT U NEED TO QUITE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. ANY THERAPY  ONLY  RESPOND IF U REVERT ALL HABITS, LIFE STYLE INCLUDING DIET PLAN.  ONE OF MY FEMALE PATIENT  FALL ALL N REVERT FROM FATTY LIVER  BUT SHE DON'T  CONSUME ALCOHOL. JUST TWO DAYS BACK. AT LEAST U START LIV 52 ONE AT NIGHT FOR LONG TERM.
