Is digene syrup or tablet safe in pregnancy of 4-5 month if we are facing the problem of digestion or gas

Digene syrup is safe but should not be taken very long. If u have Gastritis or similar problem, a proper treatment should be followed.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol etc have salads green vegetables fruits sprouts etc.

Yes its definitely safe as it doesnt cross the placental barrier and go to the foetus ( baby ) .
