Frequent post-meal bloating, heartburn and incomplete stools suggest reflux with constipation or another digestive disorder; the exact cause needs a history and examination. Persistent symptoms should not be managed only with repeated antacids. Seek urgent care for vomiting blood, black stools, severe pain, weight loss or repeated vomiting.
Next Steps
Please arrange a consultation for a structured reflux/constipation plan and review of triggers; further tests can be decided after examination. If you would like, book a Practo consultation with me for a detailed assessment.

Frequent post-meal bloating, heartburn and incomplete bowel movements can occur with acid reflux, constipation, IBS or other digestive conditions. The exact cause requires proper history and examination. Seek medical care sooner if you develop blood/black stools, persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain or unexplained weight loss.
Next Steps
Consult a physician/gastroenterologist for evaluation and a structured plan. Depending on your symptoms, H. pylori testing or other investigations may be considered.
Health Tips
Eat smaller meals, avoid known trigger foods, limit spicy/oily foods, caffeine and carbonated drinks, drink adequate water and increase fibre gradually. Avoid lying down immediately after meals.
