Whatever I eat, I bloat. After which stomach aches and terrible bloating. Issues since long. Gas problem is continuous.

I am a 42 year old male , I have been experiencing food reflux immediately after have bf lunch or dinner Also I burp a lot after eating oily and spicy foods Been addicted to omez and pan d I don't drink or smoke But I am foodie

In the last few weeks I have been facing too much gas production in my stomach and constant blurping . Also loss of appetite and feeling full without eating anything. I am taking acidity medicine but it's not having any effect

I have gone through ultrasound of whole abdomen. Everything was clear except the grade 2 fatty liver. Last week I got tested for liver enzymes. And I got sgot-39(17-59) and sgpt-27(less than 50). I searched everywhere but this doesn't indicate a grade 2 fatty liver. I was alcoholic but left alcohol for near 1 month. My weight is 110.8kg. I am attaching the LFT report with this. Kindly guide.

I am having issues with stomach I had dal ka cheela for 3 days in breakfast, had kaale channe , aloo ka raita for 3 days And after eating kaale channe my stomach and head are aching bad I don't have loose motions but I have gone to the washroom 4-5 times In a day since yesterday I feel uneasy and dil kacha Please suggest what to do eat or take Thank you

I have diagnosed IBD aka UC in 2024 march due to steriods course i have gained about 8 9 kgs due after stopping steriods my weight started losing without any efforts almost lost 5 6 kgs in 6 months. I am feeling very under confidence i just want to gain some weight and put on some muscle mass as before pls any one can suggest me any supplement or deit regarding conclusion. And also for Hb my hb is currently 11.0 and my GI suggested me Livogen tbs

Weight is 94 and height is 5" 10. Sgot is 91 and sgpt is 129 report  . Please suggest medicines for normalising them to 54 levels and ultrasound shows fatty liver.
