I have bloating,shortness of breath,anxiety and had panic attacks and sometimes sharp pain below breast area. What could it be?

I feel choked when I eating, I fell pass the food my food pipe , and so many gass passes now I take live 52Ds syrup

When I feel constipated or not a clear bowel , I feel pain in both feet symmetrical, below knee joint, after clearing. of bowel , I feel no joints pain , I have done all tests related to spondylopathy and arthritis radiological and blood ,all are negative

I usually get little nausea after travelling on flights in the morning and followed by car travel in a zig zag road. (I am talking about travelling from Kolkata to Guwahati airport and then road travel from Guwahati to Shillong and the road is extremely zig zag). So is it okay if I take Cyra D as precaution in the morning or should I wait for the symptoms and take an ondem md4 when required
