Sir/medam,
My thiamine levels are 14 nmol/L and reference range is 65-200 nmol/L and is whole blood edta LC/MS-MS method
Is it the accurate method?? I am having thiamine low and present my symptoms are weight loss upto 15 kgs in just 4 months and difficulty walking, sleep disturbances, constipation etc;
Is really these symptoms are related to thiamine deficiency and that 14 level is too low
