Rectal Bleeding with Anal Pain
I am experiencing fresh red blood in my stool for the second time. My stool consistency is normal and solid — not loose. However, after passing stool, I feel a sharp pain along with a burning sensation, especially when I wash the area. There is no history of diarrhea, fever, or abdominal pain, and the bleeding appears to be from the anal region rather than mixed with the stool. The blood is bright red, indicating it is likely from a lower source. I would like your advice and treatment plan for this Please help

Based on your symptoms of red blood in stool and burning during defecation, this could be due to an anal fissure or piles, maintain a high-fiber diet, drink plenty of water, avoid straining during bowel movements, and you may take a warm sitz bath for relief
Next Steps
consult a General Surgeon at the earliest for a proper examination and management
