Red blood in stool and lower back pain..
Red blood in stool and they are very hard and constipatuon .pain in abdoman(litle and suden) and lower back and near to anus .when pain start this pain is conduct to my leg .when right side is paining then left is in rest and when left paining then right in rest.And i have an acidity problem like chest burnig ,bad gas flying etc.hard stool is start after 3 month when iilled in amasay..I am 20 year now .Is this sirious or not.please tell. Thaks for help.....

Hi if this bleed is not associated with pain than is generally due to piles and quantity of blood should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than this is due to fissure. At times there may be sigmoid colitis which leads to cramping lower abdominal pain and may cause passage of blood in stool. You should avoid constipation, as this is the cause for piles/ Fissure. it's better to get evaluated , a short scopy done to rule out the underline problem. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. Get your self evaluated soon. feel free to ask any further quary.Take care.
