Any blood in stool should be evaluated properly without delay. Don't panic and don't  come to a conclusion saying it's cancer. Many conditions can cause blood in stools. For example piles, anal fissure, parasite infection, excessive straining while Passing stool etc etc.... Get yourself evaluated from a general surgeon.

A single bloody stool doesn't indicate a cancer....it can be multifactorial for eg. Piles, constipation leading to damaged mucosa causing slight bleed. So a thorough examination of patient is recommended by a surgeon....as of now visit a Surgery OPD and get examined.
Next Steps
visit surgery department for examination
Health Tips
avoid non vegetarian and heavy protein diet...take light food ...do not strain if constipated keep the area cleaned to prevent any infection.
