Its anal fissure . hard stool , and straining rupture the anal wall and bleeding occure during defecation. So treatment goal is keep diet more fibrous and drink lot of water.avoid tea and coffee and spicy items. Sitz bath technique 3 times a day upto 15 minutes. Take tab.bisacodyl .and isabgol 1 tbsp with curd .
