Stool with blood
I am suffering from pain when pooping, it's been 2 days that i have observed there's a blood in my stool first two are more like a drop or stain along with the poop but the 3rd one is like atleast 5 drops of blood along with the stool am aware that i drink very less water, aside from water intake can someone provide me help with this, do i need to buy stool softener? the pain is coming from anus tip, i don't have a fever, no stomach pain, just having a hard time to poop because of the pain even though i poop daily planning to go see a doctor after posting this and check your replies it'll be a great help for me thank you so much

This is most likely an anal fissure, not something serious And you should visit a Proctologist but if not available  you can go to general surgeon or any good experience general physician

You can use following medicine for 5 days 1. Tab Clavam 625 mg BD for 5 day 2. Tab Pantop 40mg e/s for 5 day 3. Powder Peg fiber 1 spoon and half glass water TDS 4. Tab Trenexa 500 mg TDS for 2 day and OD for 3 days 5. Tab Zerodol Sp BD for 3 day then sos 6. Cap Becasule OD for 10 day

Acute Anal fissure .due to chronic constipation gut motility is reduced and hard stool formed .this hard stool rupture the wall of anal canal during defecation and bleeding occure, thstswhy you feel pain also. You need to change dietary habits and lifestyle modifications.
