You need to be examined by a general surgeon to ascertain if blood in stools is due to fissures or haemorrhoids

Your symptoms suggest possible gastritis or piles (haemorrhoids) with acid reflux. You should avoid spicy, oily and caffeinated foods, eat on time, and drink plenty of water. Start a soft, high-fiber diet with fruits like papaya and banana. However, blood in stool is not normal and requires an in-person evaluation to rule out fissures, ulcers or other causes. It’s best to book a consultation for examination and stool/blood tests before it worsens or becomes chronic.
