Blood comes during bowel movements
I have thick blood coming out during bowel movements and it hurts. Even after passing stool, it feels like my bowels haven't emptied completely. I also have stomach pain and my stomach makes gurgling noises.

It can be because of tight stool which caused tear

Use cremaffin plus syrup 10 mL with one glass of lukewarm water at night
Sietz bath-one tub of lukewarm water add 3- 4 caps of betadine solution and sit for 15 to 20 minutes
