Constant bloating nd slow bowel movement
I have my stomach bloated almost all the time. Whether I eat or not eat, even if I drink water I get bloated or if I am hungry. Tried many diets (keto, low fodmap etc. by reading on the internet) but nothing seems to be helping it. My bowel movements are also not smooth in 1-2 go....I take almost 30min to completely feel satisfied. I lead a very active lifestyle (regular strength workouts and long distance running) and eat clean homemade food most of the time. These symptoms are for more than 3 years now. After some reading about my symptoms, I think I am having a SIBO. I need some time expert opinion here as to if SIBO is a possibility and if yes what's the typical treatment protocol. Thanks in advance!
