Hard bowel movement

Hello, Sir/Mam For the last 6-8 months, i have symptoms related to my stomach or may be Intestine. I have been suffering from hard bowel movement with mixed blood stain in hard poop. Even my farts smell very badly even i have some oral issues like toungue coating, lessions, sores and ulcer what could be the reason please guide me?
