You are a 30 yr old male, no abnormality in your body, the only thing bad i suspect is your dietary and life style habits. Modify your diet and add as much as seasonal fruit and salad in your breakfast and lunch respectively, keep yourself adequately hydrated, brisk walking for 30 mins while listening to some favourite music and syrup Duphalac 30 ml at bedtime with half glass warm water after dinner for 3 days and stop in case of diarrhoea.

This seems to be alarming at the age of 30 years. Immediately visit a Gastroenterologist and get your self checked and if required get OGD and Colonoscopy done. Once the diagnosis is made then only start a treatment as it may take long time to revert back to normal.
Next Steps
Find Gastroenterologist by word of mouth so the trust will be there.

You should take a diet with lots of fibre. You should have lots of fluids. You should not try to stick to a schedule (like you must go for motion the first thing in the morning). You should go for a motion when you feel the urge. You should have about half an hour walk in the morning. You can eat fruits like Papaya and oranges.
