Left side lower chest pain
I have lower side chest pain for 4 weeks now my gp told me its gastric and prescribed me some medicines those are not helping had ECG for safer side and it was normal checked for LFT & RFT reports came normal, pain in lower chest while eating and right after eating what can it be?

Get chest ultrasound/ Hrct chest It's right side of chest or left ?? Any history of smoke??

Gastritis Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten days.  Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times.   Tab zerodol sp after food sos. For pain if required.
