My mother is 55 years old and a diabetic for last 10 years.She got some tests few days ago as prescribed by her doc.Her tests show fib4 score 3.94.She is asked to done fibro scan.I want to know if she is diagnosed with fibrosis,than her condition will be improved?Is proper treatment possible in her case ?

Dear attendant  your pt is diabetic which a risk factor for fibrosis in female in India. We need to know about her weight..abdominal girth..to know her built .is she obese or not ? Fib4 score is 3.94...fibroscan must be as we are having risk factor too along with high score .. Treatment plan further depend upon the finding of fibroscan.. Diabetic status..
