2.5 year old having liver issues
My kid 2 year 4 months he have been having high liver enzymes since last 4 months even after treatment of antibiotics it's not improving instead raised a lot.

Yes.  The enzyme levels are raised.  In such a small child they point towards some congenital disorder.  Please consult a  Gastroenterologist in  Bhopal Medical College. Some of the problems may be self limiting,  but  antibiotics will not help in such situations.
