Dear patient, It’s good to hear that your flatulence has improved after the PAN (Pantoprazole) injection for gastritis. Mild central abdominal pain and tiredness can sometimes persist for a short while even after the main symptoms ease.
Next Steps
1. Diet: Eat light, non-spicy, low-fat meals. Avoid coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, and outside food for a few days. 2. Hydration: Drink plenty of water—at least 2.5 to 3 liters per day. 3. Rest: Ensure you’re getting adequate sleep to help your body recover from inflammation. 4. Monitor: If pain increases, if fever or vomiting starts, or if tiredness worsens, please visit your doctor for a re-evaluation or ultrasound if needed. You may continue an oral antacid or PPI (like Pantoprazole 40mg) for 5–7 days if prescribed.
Health Tips
Let me know if symptoms persist beyond 2–3 days. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Central abdominal pain and flatulence could be due to gastric irritation like acid peptic disease or acute gastritis or peptic ulcers (stomach or intestine ulcers). Allof them are usually lifestyle, stress and diet related. The provided details are inadequate.
Next Steps
Better to take tab pantoprazole 40mg once daily 30 mins before breakfast for a week. Strictly avoid spicy, sour, potato and similar roots, non veg and junk food.
Health Tips
Get evaluated with blood, stool and ultrasound scan if there is no improvement in symptoms.
